Improvements additions to this iconic 1970’s building, designed by Architect Mordechai Ben-Chorin, and to the urban plaza around it. The new design by Moshe Safdie Architects in collaboration with Bar-Orian Architects includes additional and modern office space at building base and two towers: one is a luxury hotel and the other residential consisting apartments and micro-dwelling-units, making this a true mixed-use development, that will revive this area of the city center.
