Located at the heart of Tel-Aviv, Ha-Medina (The State, in Hebrew) Square, is a 20-acre land privately owned by 250 different owners. A decade and a half effort led by the owners resulted in this planned development of Three residential high-rise towers surrounded by a publicly accessible park with 450 private apartments and high-end amenities.
