Part of the Rothschild Boulevard Main Business Center, The Rothschild Boulevard Project spans one full city block on approx. 11 Dunam / 2.5 acre and includes twelve existing historic and modern buildings. The new mixed-use development incorporates existing buildings and adds three high-rise towers with continuous open public space at street level joining the historic boulevard. Following an international design competition, the renowned Renzo Piano Building Workshop was selected to lead the design team.
